Adding Contact Information to the Cards

To add your contact information to these handouts, you have a few options:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator. You'll probably need a recent version, CS2 or 3. Open the PDF title infocard-3-address. Edit the address using the T tool on the left. After, click the text box with the black-arrow tool on the left. Menu > Edit > Copy will allow you to then paste this text box into the other PDFs. When you open the other PDFs, browse to the appropriate page and click open. Paste the new address. Click save and use default settings.
2. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat (not the same as Acrobat Reader). Use the tool to create a text box. You will not have much control over how it is styled. You can right-click to adjust some properties. After saving, you may need to optimize the PDF under advanced options to get it down to a reasonable size.
3. Ask a designer to do one of the above options.
4. If you're having this handout professionally printed, ask your printer to do it for you. They're usually willing to add something small and simple like this.
