As everyone who attended can attest every one of the numerous courses was delicious - the Allstar Organics Garden Tomato Salad with burrata cheese, the Grilled California Sturgeon and the Nectarine Crisp with rose petal ice cream. Yum!
In total, we raised $2,500 which will go towards researching and launching our new campaign to create a more sustainable, localized and community driven food system. Thank you Market Bar. Thank you Slow Food. Thank you to the people that grew, distributed and processed the food. And thank you to all of you that came and showed your support. It is deeply appreciated.
