Initial FPC Survey Prior to receiving technical assistance we ask that you take 5-10 minutes to complete this "Initial FPC Survey" designed to learn more about your FPC’s needs and interests. The survey asks you to prioritize your FPC’s technical assistance needs and rate your interest in potential conference call topics. It also asks about your policy work and your interest in working with family farmers in your area.
